  • Nutrition & Wellness
    • 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching

      Struggling to lose weight? Diet demanding a makeover? Meeting with a Registered Dietitian may be just what you need to get started toward your wellness goals. One on one nutrition coaching provides direct access to our Registered Dietitian who will work with you to create a customized plan to fit your nutritional and healthy weight needs. This service is comprised of three 30 minute sessions, which include body composition and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing.



    • 1 on 1 Tobacco Free Coaching

      This program offers a personalized approach to quitting nicotine and tobacco products for good. Learn about the stages of quitting and get one-on-one support thoughout the process. We work with you to develop your own personal quit plan. We will also discuss nicotine replacement products and how to effectively use them, how to cope with triggers and withdrawal symptoms, how to manage cravings and stress and live a life tobacco-free. Individual workbook is also included. Includes four 30-minute appointments.

    • Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support Services

      If you have diabetes (or think you might), the first and best thing you can do is learn all you can about the condition. Being proactive with your disease and your lifestyle is critical to your long-term health.

      Holland Hospital’s Diabetes Self-Management Education Program can give you the knowledge, tools and support you need to successfully manage your diabetes. Based on national standards developed by the American Diabetes Association, our program embraces a team approach that includes you, your loved ones, your primary care doctor and our diabetes educators.

      Our Certified Diabetes Educators provide comprehensive ongoing education in both one-on-one and group settings. Group classes are offered on Monday mornings and on Thursday evenings. This is an insurance-covered program; co-pays may apply.



    • Wellness Package

      Class Code: 11WEFI01

      Looking to improve your diet and fitness level? Need help reaching your personal health goals? This Wellness Package includes three 30-minute visits with a Registered Dietitian and three 60-minute personal training sessions. Includes a body composition assessment and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing. Ongoing, call to register and to set up your first appointment.



    • Healthy Weight, Healthy You

      Class Code: 16ZHWHU01

      This 8-week program focuses on lifestyle changes to improve well-being and achieve a healthier body weight. The curriculum focuses on eating whole foods, physical activity, portion control, emotional eating and ways to streamline a healthy diet. Learn goal setting and techniques for long term lifestyle change. Educational materials are provided, and class participants have access to the CfGH gym during the 8-week program. Pre- and post-class biometric data (height, weight, % body fat, waist/hip circumference and blood pressure) will also be measured.

      The Center for Good Health is now offering personal training at our facility, 175 S Waverly, Suite A, in Holland. Meet one-on-one with a fitness professional to develop a prgram specifically designed to fit your needs and goals. Let our trainers help you maximize your workout and minimize risk of injury.
